Everything here was very clean, and the weather was lovely, enjoyed it. The staff was best and pleasant, the breakfast offered was savoury with lots of food. The hotel was set in a central area very close to the centre of Carlisle, train station and short walk from the Sands Centre. Besides, easy to get to Carlisle Castle.

The bed was super and the restaurant was brand-new and had lots of food. Good staff, were eager to help all the time. I enjoyed a bright decor and tasteful furniture. Breakfast was enjoyable, I tried lovely meats, slices of fresh bread, bacon, bakery and cheese. Easy walk to the good beach:)))

Attractive and competitive value for money compared to other properties, and fairly clean. Room was cosy and warm and the bathroom was luxurious. Fancy hotel with brilliant service. Moreover, we parked our car outside.

Nice breakfast, favourable location, modest restaurant. We stayed in the small double room that was reasonably well appointed and with spacious bed. An excellent beach, particularly nice view. The service was thoughtful, totally satisfied.

Central location and superb views, absolutely brilliant staff and superb service. Breads, fresh fruit, meats, bacon and bakery for breakfast were astonishing, and overall it was fine. The property was near Carlisle downtown. The juice bar in the hotel had lots of welcome beers, coffee and juices throughout the day.

Brilliant team, perfect position. The triple room had a really lovely bed. Flexible check-in and efficient customer service. A truly wonderful hotel in Carlisle.

This accommodation was high-end and nice clean, it had beautiful location and rooms. The breakfast staff took care of me. The property was set in a fairly good area. It was a luxurious stay, you could leave a car nearby. So good place to stay whilst in Carlisle.

It's brilliant place for visiting some must see attractions in Carlisle. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly. A heating system, a work desk and ironing facilities in our double room were realy useful during our stay. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...
